Hello my lovelies,

I have just returned back from my holiday in Sicily and I am happy to report that I managed to complete two books over the break. None of which were from my Holiday Haul #classic, but I can say I did start one!

Finished:

Regency romance (RR) is my go to for comfort reads. Recently I haven’t been drawn to RR’s, but something has changed in my mindset and it has resulted in these two books being consumed within two days. I won’t be reviewing both of the novels individually, but I gave a solid three stars.

Currently Reading:

I started this book on holiday and I am around 200 pages in. I don’t know what it is, this story should be gripping me – but I can’t seem to find the energy/motivation to read more than 10 pages at a time. The concept is refreshing from what I usually have been reading, so I am at a loss as to why I can’t pick up my reading pace…

That’s me for the last few weeks. How are you getting on this May? Have you managed to get through a few pages of your own TBR?
