Where do I begin?

I didn’t finish one book this month…not one!

Sitting here right now, I cannot fathom why this happened. Yes, maybe not finishing the same amount I did in January might be expected. But to not even finish one book…it shocked me.

It’s not the rhythm I had hoped for coming off the a decent January. To say that I am behind is an understatement. However, for my yearly goal, I am only two books behind – which is mangagable.

So that is where I am currently – but let’s dive into the wrap-up!

Here is a reminder of the books I picked for February:

Rollover Book: Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki

Subscription Book: Heavenly Bodies by Imani Erriu.

Exploding Book: The House in the Cerulean Sea

Interest Read: The Marriage Game by Sara Desai

Rich Dad Poor Dad is very much close to being put back on the shelf, I am using an audioguide to get through it – but I am struggle with narrator. So maybe I will switch back to reading the physical book instead.

I didn’t touch Heavenly Bodies, but I did start reading The Marriage Game. The story is basic enough, but I am enjoying the Indian culture perspective and the enemy to lovers trope works well in the situation.

The House in the Cerulean Sea is gathering dust, for some reason I have no inclination to pick up the book. Frustratingly, I am almost 3/4 of the way through the book – so ideally I should be able to finish it!

As mentioned, by the end of February I did not finish any books 🙁

Wofull to say the least. My only hope now is that my trip with friends will provide me with ample time to get through some books. At least 4 in total so I can get back on track.
