Hello my lovelies,

I am happy to be able to give you a decent wrap up, unlike last month! Though I knew my big trip would completely throw me off updating here on the blog, I didn’t expect it to be this bad…

For April I did not do a TBR as I was overseas, however, I did have holiday TBR for March that should have spilled a little in April – which I didn’t completed at all! So April ended up being a mood read for me. Which funnily enough, was all book from my FairyLoot book subscription.

Statistically I am 4 books behind my yearly goal, however, I am not deterred by this. If I can, I will source shorter books and allocated reading time to catch up if necessary – I am determined!

So that is where I am currently – but let’s dive into the wrap-up!

Here is what I finished in the month of April:

Heavenly Bodies: Wow, what an unexpected joy to read and the artwork is stunning. Very happy to be keeping this on my bookshelf!

Firebird: Ancient Rome and Dragons? Need I say anything more.

I read a total of 2 books in the month of April.

Secretly I was hoping that I would be able to get three read this month, but the book I picked up was too big to do so – and weirdly I didn’t feel compelled to read anything else.
