November 2025 Wrap Up

Hello, my lovelies,

My second to last wrap up before the end of 2025! I can’t believe that I am already near the end. The reading year has definitely had it’s share of challenges. But here we are, and November was my biggest challenge to date this latter part of the year.

Another DNF, and slow movement with most of TBR. But I will not be deterred, I am feeling confident that I will hit my reading goal for the year – even if it will be in the last week!

So that is where I am currently – but let’s dive into the wrap-up!

Here is a reminder of the books I picked for November:

Rollover Book: The Kamogawa Food Detectives by Hisashi Kashiwai

Subscription Book: After the Forest by Kell Woods

Exploding Book: The City of Dusk by Tara Sim

Interest Read: Girls just want to have funds by Camilla Falkenberg, Emma Due Bitz, Anna-Sophie Hartvigsen

In the end I DNF’ed After the Forest…at 50% too. This did put me in a bad mood for awhile, as I spent most of the month trying to finish the book. However, I ended up finishing The Rules for Everything by Richard Templar – which did help improve my mood immensely.

Therefore I read a total of 1 book in the month of November.

Which means I am behind by one book going into the moment of December. Not too bad, but something I would like to rectify of course before the start 2026. All I need to do is finish 3 books by the end of 2025 to achieve my yearly goal.

So wish me luck.

How did you get on in November? I would love to hear in the comments below.

Till next time.
